The Executive Board’s 14 members (7 active & 7 alternate members) are elected every 2 years by secret ballot. In case of early termination of the ASBIAD membership, the Board membership ends automatically. In this case a new member is selected out of 7 alternate members. Afterwards a new alternate member election is held during the next Board meeting. The Executive Board members can be removed from their positions by the General Assembly during a session adopted by a vote of ¾ of the present members of the Association.
